Hmmm this is interesting
I just started using Efke B/W IR film with my RZ67 few weeks ago.
I just tested my 10D with the 87 filter using 500w photofloods
Tungsten light put out lots of IR
Low and behold the 10D does IR !!!!
15sec f4 light about 2ft distance
Doing a self port in about 2 mins

Update: Well it seems the 10D is pretty IR sensitive
Shot this today in park
The exposure times are Glacial 15 secs in full midday sun to get a middle f-stop range.
