I have contacted my 3 mentors and asked if they have a time sheet they use to account for  shooting, editing, printing, travel, consulting etc

they do not...

I am looking for an excel spreadsheet that i can use @ the end of the year(taxes) to account for my time/salary

I would appreciate any advice or urls that may come my way...

Here is a link to some Microsoft templates.

However, my advice to you is to invest in Quickbooks, it is very easy to use and will do about a thousand things excel will not.  Your end of the year accounting will be much easier and less time consuming.

If you get around to learning how to use a computer, take a class on the World Wide Web. There's a new tool call "Google" that fun to try. But it gives you terrible results like these:

Better to let someone else do the thinking so you don't damage your brain.

For tax purposes, accounting for your time isn't a big concern.  It's all about the money.  Accounting for time is only necessary if you are billing by the hour -- although it is a good measure if you are looking at efficiency issues.
