I posted this as a message in the dance thread but as it is something that may be of more general interest to some UK shooters I am putting it up on it's own.

On August 5th [a Saturday] there will be the annual Afro-Caribbean "Carnival" parade and festival, biggest of it's kind outside of London's, held in Liverpool [UK].

Will be there and post up some photos afterwords.

Anyone else interested in doing photography [street work] of that can contact me for details of times, places and parade route. Usually some large bands and some fabulous costumes... parade finishes in the park and activities continue as an all afternoon > early evening event.
