Here's one of my portfolio images for you talented lot to play with, curious to see what people will do with it. I'm affraid at the moment this copy is the best I have as the original is on my other computer's terabyte which I don't have access to at present. Even so, see what you can do.

Please ask before using in your port and I will also ask if there are any I'd like to use. Keep things fair.

Disclaimer: I own this image and give permission for it to be retouched by the wonderful photoshopwizards of modelmayhem :p

If you happen to get your hands on the unedited high res, let me know.  Could be a great shot to work on.

They're pretty big files Adam...I didn't notice any pixelization during editing.

Rob,

Exquisite eye and makeup detail. Colors are breathtaking and beautiful. You should put this in your port.

Thanks Doug!

They are both beautiful models, but rotate the image and look at the brunette square on...

Not terrible, but for high-end d&b beauty work, there's not enough to work with here.

Agree...if you want to do pixel-level DB you are limited. However, I suspect OP will be happy with some patch-and-flash edits smile

I'll be sure to let you know, you've got an impressive port. I'm hoping to get them soon. Issue is I need to transfer the terabyte to this computer, or rather my father does and he's a very busy man so finding the time to get him to help me is proving difficult.

I'm affraid its a little loud for me. For a second day of photoshop though, you've done more than I could! I spend a while figuring out how to use Bridge thinking it was photoshop, so well done :p

That being said, its a personal preference but you've managed the effect well (y)

Of course I'll credit you  smile   ...I did a flip to create a counterpoint to the 'painting' one. I'll also credit the models if you like.

This is a little too saturated for me personally. Good effort, I like you (like everybody else infact) kept the integrity of the image and didn't blur their faces out with "airbrushing" smile

This is a lot of fun.

Firstly, having a 17 year old offer considered feedback is enjoyable.

Secondly, it offers a window into what young shooters 'like'.

Cripes, I'm almost 50 and I've seen about 25 'preferred style' changes in my time....keeping up is a challenge...

Thanks for the comments, OP, sincerely...this is a great thread, smile

I knew it would be dodgy with MM limiting the pixel count, I'm going to pester my dad right this second to see if I can get it put in!

You're very welcome. I always try to give thought-through feedback, otherwise its  a waste of time I feel, wouldn't you agree? But thank you so much for your edits, I took great pleasure in looking through everyones different takes on it.

I bet keeping up is a challenge! I even find it hard if I'm honest, not being able to dedicate as much time to is as I'd like with school work and all. Its tough, I'll give you that.

Lovely! Crisp, clean and simple. I really like the colouring here. I should be getting the original image up soon (not sure if its RAW, it may well be - pm me if you'd be interested in the original)
