Okay-- so I know this isn't a fashion picture. I should have made my title more clear-- I like the editing style of high fashion. The boldness and all. A lot of the time when I ask for beauty I get back an image where they made my makeup, brows, etc. very... Dull. Very sorry about that... ANYWAY... I am looking for a photoshop wizard who is great at editing images who I can continue to work with in the future. I want this image to look as amazing as you can make it. Be sure to post what the edit you do would typically cost! I can't wait to see what you do! PS- The picture I like the best (must be able to get back) will also receive something for their time.  NOTE:: This image is for you to play around with and do what YOU think is best! I want to see who has the creativity to take my work to the next level-- in a way which I would like. The image is kind of small to be working on details and it was slightly out of focus so there wasn't that much detail but here's what I was able to do for you. You didn't explain exactly what you wanted so I just did a clean Retouch. Before  After  The image above I would charge $30 for this kind of edit. I just wanted to make sure some of the new guys don't start listing this as high fashion. They are a lot more inexperienced than you. So I was never directed to you, but the image itself, more out of concern for people assuming it high fashion. I hope you find the right guy. P.S.: No, I don't charge 300 bucks, that is too much.
