To provide photographers with a professional grade studio space at an affordable monthly cost.
Description
We are a newly formed partnership with the purpose of sharing the cost of running a professional photographic studio.
We have found a 3500 sq ft studio space in Lawrence MA for $1200/mo. including utilities and taxes.
The space is ideally suited to be a photo studio with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and several wall textures to work with. It also has two bathrooms and a kitchenette, good...
24/7 security, and plenty of parking.
We have 5 partners so far and would like to find 2 more people to share the cost with at $200/month each. With 7 partners that gives us a $200/month cushion and well as an odd number of votes to avoid deadlocks.

Ideally the partners would be other photographers, artists, sculptors etc.
Other co-op studios do not provide enough storage (or any in many cases) to keep all your equipment there so you end up hauling stuff around for every shoot.

There is plenty of space for storage lockers such that all partners could keep their equipment stored securely on site.
I have a detailed plan explaining my vision of how this space could be shared easily by the partners.
The space can be ready for us to move in by mid September and
I would like to start leasing this space ASAP so we need to get organized.

We only need two more partners. Once those positions are filled the partnership will be closed!

It's a smallish studio loft in Paris not far from the Eiffel tower. A very calm neighborhood. Incredible light, southwest top floors nothing in the way of the horizon. 20' ceilings, white walls huge windows. Totally equipped, Broncolor, HMI, everything.

I just found a small office/warehouse space that is perfect for a small studio. Total space is 700 sq. feet. The front has a small office area (about 150 sq. feet), and a larger warehouse space with a roll-up door, which would be used as a studio. This rental is also one short block from San Carlos CalTrain station -- very convenient for models who don't have their own transportation.

I currently am sharing a studio in the Philadelphia area with an Oil Painter but I'm moving away to Seattle in November.

Since she's been great I wanted to find someone else to fill the space. Here are some details:

$210/month (includes all utilities) to share, the painter (Lauren) uses the space in the mornings and rare weekends but is very flexible and easy to work with. Typically I use the space after 12 noon and almost every time I requested weekends were available.
