Strongly recommend that you have both minor and legal guardian, e.g. competent parent, sign release. Also require legal guardian be present during shoot. You should have someone from your business, or a friend, present to coroborate your side of the story, if legal issues subsequently arise. Never touch the minor anywhere near breasts or genitals.

All of this might seem a bit paranoid, but better safe than ten years for molestation.
