The lighting is the key and the model will lie down her side to let the boobs drop a bit to show more cleavage.

Bust size is not an issue for models, except for those who want to do big truck magazine covers and that sort of thing. Most good photographers are more interested in eye contact with the camera than bust size...Wil

Oh, how surprising.  A boob-thread that has turned into a "big boobs are gross / small boobs are gross" and a "why change? - you are perfect!" thread.

The OP just wanted to know how other A-cup models manage to look "busty"!

(Some of you have yet to realize that it's more about *shape* than it is about *size*.)

I must know your secret to how you make yourself look so busty in photo's.  Push-up bra's don't seem to be a huge difference, on me at least.

Show me a slender, tall, small busted women, and I will show you the opportunity to create terrific fashion images......  Big boobs can just get in the way......

lol okay, I see several character traits materializing here

how come some of you feel obligated to make a girl with small boobs feel better about herself by showing your empty support of them.

its like when a little kid asks a genuinely intelligent question everyone just goes "Awwww" instead of answering it

How come some people feel obligated to make statements like "big boobs = bimbo" and other such nonsense?

And really, who says it's empty support?  It seems to me many here have strong preferences - even though the OP's question didn't ask "Do you like my small boobs?"

I think thats silly yeah, but it is because everyone would ignore a bimbo with small boobs. women without attractive qualities will need to use their mind to get anywhere, if people were more inclined to give you a free pass because of your looks then you wouldn't need to develop your mind to create more crafty ways to get ahead.

so a more successful and recognized bimbo would have big boobs and other exaggerated physical qualities, and would have no need to develop the mind

but yeh just because you have big boobs wouldn't make you a bimbo, the association only goes one direction

This is nonsense.  There are people who prefer big boobs, and there are people who prefer small boobs.

Almost anyone I've ever had this discussion with agrees:

nicely shaped, proportionate, symmetrical boobs > size of boobs.

For a lot of models, it's not about whether their A cup boobies are attractive enough, it's about fitting specific clothing/wardrobe properly. Cutlets and some judicious tape is usually the method to compensate.

True dat.

As well as placement/spacing of breasts and actual CHEST (no one ever discusses the actual chest of a woman...the ribs/sternum) which greatly affects the appearance/illusion of the bust in a photograph.

ah yeah I like proportions! maybe we should make a better scale based off of proportions, and an actual unit of measurement lol

girls, never trust a scale without units.

'A' cups are best for a lot of art.
It isn't the cup size that matters so much.  It's the shape/firmness.  'A' cups seem to have a lot better chance of having and retaining a good shape for a while than larger cup sizes, but 'not a rule'.

I do a lot of glam and some nude work, and for my glam work I usually wear 2 bras. Here's the lift I can get with 2 nice push-ups: (PS: It was a Jersey Shore party):
https://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/40189_1533409145404_1540060062_1328905_938330_n.jpg

I'm a full A, small B.

And if you hold your shoulders back and stand up straight they tend to look more prominent. Or sometimes I'll pose with one arm pushing on one of my girls so the look more lifed, like here:

I gave up on trying to make my bust size look bigger. It's impossible. Now I just embrace the fact that I have no boobies. Although, I would love to actually have cleavage.  tongue
