thrift stores usually have alot of slips, dresses and stuff might be good for a torn up layered look. I've got the bags of thrift store gear but haven't put them into action yet.

Yah I am definitely gonna hit up some thrift stores for some things! Thanks

I may can help you.

http://custommadeexoticwear.com

Give me lots of details and pics of what you
are trying to emulate for us to copy.

Fabric choices, etc.

I will check out your site. Let me get some pictures together. I am thinking along the lines of a gothic dark Alice dress. Ripped and torn up a bit. Kindof like American McGhees Alice. But a little shorter of a dress. Maybe like a Swing dress length. I will search for pics.

YOU ROCK!!!

This is exactly what I want.. Not sure if I want to pay that much but I might have to. I could always use it again.

Now I am addicted to this site cause I love all their other dresses

You could always ebay it off afterwards. Might only get 75% what you paid for it, but the 25% worth use you get out of it is usually worth it.

I love American McGhee's Alice. Please do yell at me when those images are finished. I would love to see them.

I made myself a dorothy outfit out of a goodwill petticoat and ruffly shirt, plus a checkered blue dress I already have...if that's any encouragement. Unfortunately, I slept through Halloween night and never wore the costume.

Try hunting for Gothic lolita stuff. I've seen easy made outfits from the Gothic Lolita bible look dead on Alice in wonderlan gone black. I know of a few sites that do custom orders for REALLY decent prices.

I recently bought a pirate outfit from trashy.com and they have all kinds of great costumes.  Leg Avenue usually rips off their designs and makes half-quality, cheap knock-offs.
