The color in this will catch the eye and the pose causes enough tension to draw the viewer in deeper..........remember, just IMO

Collages usually don't work as well as an avatar. And that is what hurts you in this case. Any one of those 3 shots would be fabulous as a stand alone avi.....but together they get jumbled in the smaller frame that is the avatar which means it is more difficult to catch the eye
