It's a very unflattering image and badly processed. The expression looks terribly uncomfortable.

The eyes look fake
Pose not as strong as it could be

Somebody whitened your eyes, badly...

And the whole image color seems a bit 'off' which is probably why they played with the eye whites.

A little hair combing before the shutter snapped could of helped a lot.
