Amazes me how some people can be nieve enough to actually respond to this and THINK it is a legitimate inquiry.....

I have a friend who did just that the other day and then calls me, "That person I was supposed to meet up with scared me and I feel like they were a creep"...(I could have told her that and I DID, days before this happened)...I thanks God she came home alive and was even able to tell me her story! sheesh!

Because sometimes the offers are real.    Some people, especially in the music industry like hip hop or rap, talk and write just like that.   How a person communicates isn't always a great indication of if a offer is real or not.

lol, so one post on the forums is paying for all that? Even a bit of that?

It's called making better posts. No one's saying, "OH MY GOD, STOP, STOP NOW, DON'T USE THE FORUMS!" People are saying uh, bro, this is the oldest news since the internet, if you want to increase your earnings potential, post something interesting. Shit, I haven't even opened this guys profile yet and I'm a few hours away; if this had been interesting or rational I'd have already seen what his magazine was all about.

This. Additionally, if I had a penny for every time someone comes riding in here on a wave of paternalism and poor planning to tell us pitiful little llamas how to conduct ourselves and our business, I'd be very wealthy.

Your personal preferences are not universal truth, radical dude.

I'm just wondering: who is the "we" you keep referring to?

Hey, I laughed when I read the OP.  I giggle every time a message like that appears in my inbox.

Sounds like a lot of cranky people around here could use a hug right now.

This is still going? It is like a rock in the ocean. I continues to ripple the water until it reaches the far off shore.
