They are first rate.  Many of my clients use them and always have a good experience.

Lensrentals.com also has a great reputation and renting experience.  I've used them several times.

Excellent. I've rented from them two months ago. Only place that I know that rent Sony/Minolta equipment. I also have the luxury of driving to the place. It's close to me.

I know a guy who borrows "big glass" from them for sports events and he says wonderful things about them.  I talked to one of the owners on the phone a few years ago and he was extremely nice, willing to meet me somewhere rather than go thru the mail.

Excellent. I rented a Nikon 200-400 to take to Tanzania. Arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Returning it was easy, too. Easy company to work with.

+1

I have used them several times, they are easy to work with.

I have had to extend several rental periods by a few days, they have always been very accommodating.

The only "issue" that ever came up was a video camera I had reserved that wasnt working when they got it back, they called me immediately and after a bit of discussion about my project, offered a very nice upgrade at no additional cost to me...the upgrade arrived on the originally scheduled date and time.

Good folks to deal with, I recommend them to all my friends.

I've been using them almost since the day they opened shop.

They have always been on time.  If you are a regular customer they will do every thing they can to get you the lens that you need even if it isn't in stock.

They have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with on any level at any time.

The only issue I ever had was my very first rental.  I rented the Nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 and it shipped with out a tripod color/mount.  Made mounting the damn lens on a tripod a hell of a task.

No issues since then

Used them several times with absolutely no complaints. I did get a lens that was broken one time. Called them up and they sent another one overnight immediately. Absolutely LOVE their service.
