7D has shutter count of 54 per the menu, 50K on the 40D per EOSinfo - unknown on the T3.

Also have 40D with grip, T3, 50 1.8, 18-55II, sigma 18-125, tamron 75-300, yongnuo YN565ex - all this I might try to trade on craigslist for other gear, but if it strikes your fancy, get in touch. Mostly interested in selling the 7D kit here though.
