or she could just be bat shit loco, and the staff is undermanned at that store. or they could still be on the shift from the previous night...i highly doubt this was staged...i mean for strange publicity. these nutjobs do in fact exist.

Wow.  You can see why she worked there in the first place.  The person who narrated that video sounds almost as stupid as Taylor.  I can understand playing some of the messages they received, but it sounded to me like he was mocking the last caller (not that any of the callers sounded like Rhodes Scholars).  That outfit seems to lack any sense of class or professionalism.  I think it might be too late for them to stop their ship from sinking.
