For those that don't know Bob, he is an educator that has been all over the US teaching lighting workshops.  He is a hands on instructor showing the gear and the techniques and letting the participants shoot using the gear.  His insight has saved me $'s by his passing along lessons learned so you don't spend on the wrong gear.  It is a rare event in the Springfield area to have any workshops so this one is not to be missed!
