Another name for it is "prison workout" I think, because you can get strong and fit, within a small area without extra gadgets.
Start with only ten in a fluid motion... and you might be a tad out of breath...
IIRC, the technique was developed for the military and the guy who did it was a Mr. Burpee...

I think I did about 30 after doing reps of everything else because we kept looking at the pictures and getting the jump right (and still in the frame) was ridiculously more difficult.
I thought it would be easy since I do a lot of jumping fashion photos, but this was so different, because if he caught it at the wrong time, it looked like completely improper form.
Not complaining though, totally worth it. It was definitely a process though.
