One lucky winner will be chosen on November 19, 2014 at 3:00pm and receive a 2 hour long, naturally lit, outdoor photoshoot in the LA area and 4 retouched images of their choice!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- A model release must be signed on the day of the shoot. There will be no exceptions.
- You must be 18 years old or older to enter and live in the LA area.
- Selected images may be used in your portfolio and on professional and social media websites.
- Selected images may not be used in any publications, to promote any causes or businesses, or to obtain any kind of profit without my written consent.
- Selected images may not be enhanced with any kind of effect(s) or changed in anyway (other than cropping) since doing so, without a doubt, will misrepresent my work. Therefore, make sure you like my work before you enter.
- Un-retouched images may not be used under any circumstances.
- Cancellations and lateness will not be tolerated unless there's a valid reason and I'm informed in a timely manner.
- Since escorts tend to be a distraction, please don't bring them to the photoshoot unless they are a professional hair stylist and/or makeup artist that understands how to properly conduct themselves during a photoshoot. If you strongly believe that to be the case, let me know in advance and send me some samples of their work so that we can discuss it further.
- Any disregard for the terms above will result in you not being able to use any of the images from the photoshoot, our photoshoot being cancelled, and/or us not working together. So please, be professional, nice, and easy to work with.
