Consequences of Nude Modeling.
The only advice I can give is shoot quality work. Even if it pays, having terrible images of you on google is a time stamp for anyone to see and use against you. Me and a agent currently had to dispute with another agency because they almost cut a model because of what was found on google in a random forum. Even though no one had control over it, just because creepers posted her stuff in a forum, they counted that against her. I shoot nudes with models who have never done them or even thought about it because it tastefully done, and even if its on google, people can say "Oh she's done nudes" but thats about it. Because the quality is so good and so tasteful, they can't say it looks like porn or erotica shot in some hotel room. When you get paid for nudes, always know ahead of time who and what the photographer is doing with the images. Never sign a release unless for publication, and never take a job for just pocket cash. Because a models image is her reputation. A photo you did at 19 could surface and people will hold that against you. Just like what happened to my friend. One bad glamour shoot in a hotel room almost costed her a contract 3 years later. Dec 13 14 10:14 am Link Here is my bottom line. If you are worried even just a tad bit about nudes effecting your future- DON'T DO IT. Posing nude is about liberation, pride and "going against the rules." If you are just a second concerned about what other thinks or it effecting your future employment- don't do it! Especially now that we are in the internet ages and we don't have as much privacy as much as we did- and as time goes by, that factor will be greater. Just don't do it. All it takes is a cell phone. Dec 31 69 04:00 pm Link 1) Always assume that the photos will get out. No matter who promised to keep it secret, assume that it will. 2) Keep it classy. Make your nudes so classy that even your grandmother could look at it objectively and say, "very nice". It makes taking ownership of it, in the even it does get out, easier. It''s easier to own up to something if it''s good work. Other than that, you really can''t control how people will react. You can only control what you do, not how others feel. Dec 31 69 04:00 pm Link If you are apprehensive, at all....then don''t do it. It''s not the kind of thing you should go into with question marks floating around. However, if you plan to make no apologies now, or ever, for how you choose to live your life. Then go for it.
