I'm doing a shoot for a Johnson & Johnson campaign and I've been asked to achieve a soap/shampoo like effect as in the picture shown below, it needs to go over the models body, hair and face so I need something safe to be used on the face. I have never done this before, I need to clarify that I'm not in the US so I would need some kind of DIY recipe for it as there's near to no makeup or sfx products available in this market...how would you go about creating it?

Drain some plain vanilla YOGURT.      (pour yogurt onto paper towel in a strainer or colander - should slowly drain out 1/3 it's volume in water and end up much thicker)

Brush / sponge on.  Safe, creamy, smeary.  Experiment.  Bubbles if needed can be added on top seperately.


Another possibility - commercial milkshake mix.    (should be available via any restaurant supply company)
