Purity you seriously need to schedule an initial consultation with a plastic i.e. cosmetic surgeon.  This is a medical procedure not to be taken lightly... if you decide to proceed you will likely be advised to come off certain over the counter medications that can significantly increase risks... There are many other issues on the table here that only a licensed medial practitioner can adequately evaluate...
