The color blending its good, the water looks copy pasted tho, the girl cannot be seen very well to judge. If you are looking for believable, realistic composition best is to learn from life, lights, shadows, reflections and color blending.

I couldn't watch the whole thing just to see end image, l would be happy to view
finished work to judge it, but please don't ask for critique of speed video.

I can tell you are passionate about what you are doing so good job and kudos.  You have a vision and you are doing a great job with the end results.  I would suggest when doing videos like that to speed them up some so you don't lose your targeted audience.  Keep going at it you are doing a great job.
