Assuming a typical top loader ---


The agitators come out the top -- remove it to get the glass out from underneath it.
    Check the surface of the agitator carefully for nicks and snags that can tear up clothing (especially fine fabrics) - smooth out (fine sandpaper) or replace it as  necessary.


Drain Pump,  etc., is accessed from the bottom front
Anything small enough to get that far should have flushed out but check for any debris screens that might be installed..
Possibly remove drain hose and check it too (again anything small should have flushed out)
