Hello guys I looked to my portfolio after few years shooting and still I found too many doubles (similar shoots) which need keep just one of them, better one, could you advise me which one of them I could keep and why and which one remove? please... I would appreciate it... no.1 no.2 Jul 17 16 08:47 am Link Keep #2, looks more natural. Jul 17 16 10:10 am Link I would keep number 2. In the first image the models arms seem to be an unnatural position. Jul 17 16 10:28 am Link Contrary opinion. Like #1. But just one worthless opinion. Jul 17 16 10:41 am Link okay, need some more opinions... please maybe where her face expression look better also? Jul 17 16 12:48 pm Link any opinion? please... Jul 20 16 10:30 am Link In my humble opinion: #1 photo looks like a snapshot. #2 photo looks like it was made for a clothing ad. Better stance, and better look from the model. Jul 20 16 10:37 am Link Of the 2, keep the second one, looks more natural. I wish you well Jul 21 16 07:50 pm Link I also think 2 is better all around. Jul 21 16 07:56 pm Link thank you guys any more opinion? please... Jul 21 16 11:53 pm Link I'm the only one who picked No. 1. In No. 2, the limp right arm is not good and the left thumb looks like it is about 12" long (OK, exaggerating). In all honesty, not really fond of either. But just another worthless opinion. Jul 22 16 03:48 pm Link I like the first one better. Jul 23 16 07:06 am Link For me the link to #1 is broken, so I can't be sure which it is.. But I can see from your portfolio you do have a hard time editing down to the very best from each session. Your work is good, but IMHO seeing multiple versions of each photo - same pose in colour and b/w, or same pose with 2 outfits, or same pose with multiple expressions - isn't doing you any favours. Be brave, pick one, any one.. in most case the differences are negligible. The portfolio will have less shots, but way more impact. Of course keep the seconds in your files in case you decide to revisit the portfolio, but in my experience you very seldom will and you'll grow surer of your choice as time goes on.
