Totally wrong and worrisome.

Since he is an MM member and this started through MM I would contact a moderator.

p.s. I have some guy calling me a prostitute on my facebook model page saying the legal records don't lie and that I took money from the photographer as a prostitute. He wrote that under a picture that was shot in trade for a vanilla comp card shot, yeah, makes no sense.

Oh she did report the guy and he has since been removed..

About a year ago, some person randomly got my email off my profile (I guess) and sent me an email about assorted traveling models who were "prostitutes." They dropped some names and made a big deal about one or two people. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why someone would send that to me, or why they thought I'd give a sideways shit.

I typed a response that just said, "I don't care. Go away," and it wouldn't send. It was some sort of fake email that could send out emails, but you couldn't respond back to it. I guess it was some sort of smear campaign, started by a whack-job with too much time on their hands.

I think you are right. I had not clue why this person was posting that I am a prostitute on my facebook model page. I figured that he or she must just be a total wack job. Perhaps they see being on the model side of a lens as something devious, not sure.

p.s. glad the OP got some help, guidance and that the mods are looking out for her in this.

A few months ago I posted about a member who was accusing me of being a porn star after i told him my rates, which were supposedly "unreasonable".

He has now begun to harass me outside of MM (through my modeling email account). Any advice?

Sounds pathetic to me. Sorry you had to go through that sad

But anyways, I could care less if he read it or not.

Hi,

Anyone can read the forums, profile or not.

Hoping things are getting better with this situation. Sorry you are living it.

Not gonna lie...this is damn hilarious! You blocked a MM member, thinking you were 100% safe, without fully understanding how the block system works! Yes that is hilarious. In fact, even NON members can read all the info in your bio. Even though this dude is no longer on MM, your information is still 100% visible unless you remove it.

Really? You find it "hilarious" that she assumed MM's block feature worked like the block feature of every social media platform that exists today? Not exactly a stretch. But hey...whatever gives you the giggles.

Ok so I hope the harassment has stopped.

I would no longer read nor respond in case it hasn't. It should stop after a good dose of ignoring.....

And yes, I hope you've told him you were going to report him to the cops. Just see it for what it REALLY is - a sick, deranged mind. A lunatic. Don't take it personal.... It could have been anybody else and it's not because you did something wrong. Well, perhaps leaving your email wasn't the wisest but you know that now.

I had the very same issue go on. The only thing you can do is to let Mods know. As far as outside harassment from MM member they can give him a warning.

I had a member from here harass me for a year. I ignored him and he eventually stopped.

You have to look at why he might be harassing you. Probably because he wants to shoot with you and many models that his tiny wallet cant afford. His problem not yours. smile

If it had been me I would have wrote back stating any further emails will be made public on the Internet including the one he had already sent.
Some people are big when they think they are bullying other behind closed doors.  If that didn't work, I'd contact the police.
