I apologise if this is in the wrong forum, but since this is where gear is traded it seemed appropriate. Mods, if there's a better place for this please feel free to move it.

This mainly concerns folks from Australia, but since gear does get bought and sold abroad occasionally, please read on.

I recently had a body and two lenses stolen from my car in the town of Orange, NSW, Australia. Details are:

1 x Canon 5DMkII body - Serial No. 2221300304
1 x Canon 24-105 f4L Lens - Serial No. 601728
1 x Canon 17-40 f4L Lens - Serial No. 517727

The matter has been reported, so if anyone should come across these items or hear of them in their travels, I'd appreciate it if I could be informed.

Ladies and Gents;

In breaking news, the 5DMkII body and 17-40 lens have been located and returned to me, having been located in Parramatta, some 230km from where they were taken. There's only one lens now outstanding.
