Hello,
Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience? I've been on and off MM for a couple of years. Every time a short time after I rejoined the same photographer would contact me for a shoot, which he would then cancel a couple of weeks later. Ok, not a major issue... but this happened twice. Now after I rejoined last week he contacted me for the third time, without mentioning the previous cancellations at all. Do you think there is something dodgy going on? In my 3 years of modelling I never came across something like this wink

Sounds more like a Ford than a Dodge.

Block him and move on.  Or accept, wait for him to cancel, then block him and move on.

More likely he's just like that and doesn't remember the previous cancellations. Could be something personal but that seems less likely. Not worth the time to figure out why he's unreliable and odd with his behavior. For you, he's a time waster.

The advice you got earlier is good - block and move on.

Yes, I agree it's not worth wasting time on trying to guess why. I posted this in case other models had this experience with him and he could be a scam. Anyway, blocked him now, the end smile

I tried to figure out what his scam could be. Couldn't.

I think Jeffrey nailed it above. You're smart to move on as you have.

Could have been a highly elaborated multi-level plan wink But we will never know now smile

Well, you've blocked him now. Why don't you unblock him and then just flat out ASK him what gives!
We/you could guess all day, BUT believe it or not, HE probably actually knows the answer!!!
If you don't like the answer, simply block him again!
Just thought communication might work, sometimes it actually does! LoL
Good luck!!!!!

Believe it or not I asked him about it directly last time, and got no reply whatsoever! I totally agree that communication is key and I am always trying my best to communicate. It requires an effort on both parts though.
