A foodie friend of mine raves about her Instant Pot -- she makes yogurt in hers.  I just gave one to a friend of mine -- she is a nurse & works odd hours, so the programming features are good for her.  I might give one or two more over the holidays.  Then, depending on the reviews from my friends, I might get one for myself.

So, if you got one, what do you think?  Any favorite recipes?

oh yes - been using Instant Pot for quite a while now.  Compared to a stove stop pressure cooker this thing is a breeze.  I've done stew, chick peas (from dried), and split pea soup (also from dried).  I picked up a few extra gaskets although I don't see the original one much worse for wear.  No issues at all with it.
