Tell me how being involved in the modeling industry has helped you personally.
Be you a photographer, model, makeup-artist, clothing designer, wardrobe stylist, etc.

I'd love to hear the responses!

For me, it's more than a roster of photographs.  I think it built my confidence.  I truly learned about lighting and photography.  I met some great friends.  I think with any other industry it helped me tremendously when I'd have to do press for anything.  Knowing this aspect of media is really important for all the rest!

It keeps me creatively juiced  .  .  .  bein' an old fart, and still being able to work with energetic, creative people that are full of vitality and gusto is a huge plus  .  .  .  I feed off their energy, and my mind makes up for what my body may have lost  .  .  .  seeing the spark they have, and the quest they're on keeps me a goin'  .  .  .  wink
