It is not cross processing but versions of the popular teal/orange (brown/blue) look. You just need to reduce the image palette to accent those two colors and apply contrast to taste.

Looks a bit like two-strip technicolor.

Photoshop's Color Lookup has a 2-strip preset. Or you can open Channel Mixer and e.g. go to the green channel and drop the green fader to 0, turn blue fader up 100+. You're stripping the color information out of a channel. But then it's been messed with. The skintones look a bit too tan.
