I dig what you're doing but the lower part of the frame, especially the left, is oddly dark. I'd either add some more reflection in the bottom or crop it tighter towards the top. That's just me though:)

BTW... since there's nipple there you probably want to link that before the mods see it. You wouldn't want to put an eye out or give someone a heart attack. #dangernipples

Harsh shadow behind the hands you never want. Pose for features so you always want the leg closest to camera in the back unless shoot the butt. You then have nice tummy curves too. Now if you are shooting a fitness model and need a shot of the hip flexor and that leg closest then that would be different. Having shot lingerie and catalog shots, You want other leg forward and outside or with strobes watch for shadows you don't want from leg or otherwise breaking up bodylines or distracting.
