The is an outdoor event and you need be 18+ to attend. The property is roughly 40 acres and is an active shooting range.

First, this is a "Trade" event. No photographer or model is to ask for any compensation.

Tickets - https://themsagroup.blogspot.com/ - You can also pay at the door.

Photographers are to supply the model/MUA/stylist etc. with pictures in a timely manner.

Fees: Photographer/Model Fees: $20

MUA/Stylist Fees: $5 Reasonable MUA/stylists kit fees are allowed, but must be stated publicly in the group list.

Assistant/Escort Fees: One working assistant or escort is welcome for $5 at the door. the AssistantEscort must be assisting you in some manner, stay in your shooting area and not be wandering around other shoots.

MUA's are allowed to charge a reasonable kit fee to cover products that are being used that day.

Please only "accept/join" the event if you are 100% certain you will be be attending. "Maybe" will not be counted as attending.

DO NOT create a schedule if you are not listed as "Going."
DO NOT schedule with anyone who isn't 100% certain.

CREDIT EVERYONE YOU WORKED WITH!!

Registration will start 9:30. The last shoot starts at 5:00. As of now, we wrap at 6:00.  Do not schedule before 10:30.

No scheduling during the food break.

Make sure to post what you are here to do.

ANY limitations of parties involved need to be discussed before the shoot. Models and photographers list your styles of shooting on the post for your schedule.

NO model or photographer should push another person to shoot what they are not comfortable shooting.

Nudity is allowed but again use your better judgment. You must not be able to be seen by the general public. If you can see the road or a house, look for another area!

Scheduling is not required, but is recommended.

Post your schedule in the group and not on the event page.

Schedule one-hour slots only. This is a group event and we want to give everyone the opportunity to shoot with everyone they can.

You must be on the group list to be included in the shoot. I will have a participation list on the event page and in the group.

If a person you wish to work with is not on this list, feel free to send them a link here to see if they are interested in participating. We ask that you not schedule with someone that has not been added to the official participation list.

Cancellations: If you are listed as participating and cannot make it for any reason, please be courteous and contact anyone you have scheduled as soon as possible.

EXPECT participants to cancel at the last minute. Unfortunately, its a common occurrence at group events.

NO SHOWS: Anyone who just doesn't show up with no warning will exclude you from future events,

I'd prefer not to have anyone just sitting around if someone cancels or otherwise can't make it. We will try to pair up photographers and models to keep everyone busy
