Hello MM,

First off Man things have changed on MM since 2012. Took a long 7 years off from Model Mayhem, and Photography in general. So now in 2019, I had dusted off my camera, and started shooting again. It was like back in 2007 when i joined MM and my photos were BLAH.

Please take a look at my Album label 2019 Work.

All old work is from 2007-2012 should i delete all of it?

Lets the fun begin!

Welcome back!
This one screams "Oversharpened!!!). Unsharp mask? Whatever, it's overdone. Do some research on more modern sharpening techniques and try again. Not digging the right arm cropped off in the middle of the forearm.

A reflector or fill flash would put a catchligtht in the eyes and soften the shadows.

Model's body is directly facing the camera, she would look more shapely with an angled pose. A reflector or fill flash to reduce the ratio of dark to light would not hurt and a lighter colored swimsuit would help as well.

Railroad tracks? Really?

Turn model to one side or the other to bring out her shape. Lighter color bathing suit would help. A big reflector set as close as possible or a well diffused fill flash would help too.

The vertical light leak line on the left is very distracting, would be easy to black it out. Composition is a bit odd but I like it.

Try a crop halfway between the end of her knee and the left edge of the photo. I like this shot, it's fine as is but might be a little better with less background.

Crop on the right side is cutting through her fingers. Not sure what to do with her nose, it is sticking out - second thing my eye was drawn to. There is a bit more white space on the bottom than you need there.

Crop the right side and bottom so it's not so centered.

I would delete this one, I don't care for it.

As to the rest of your work, choose carefully and keep the best work. Keep shooting and learning and you will be happy soon. Cheers, Michael
