Ditto Garry's comments.

Especially your instagram photographs. You have a very natural style to your image making. Poses that don't look forced and images that aren't over edited in post production. There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful, than a photograph of a confident young woman being unapologetically herself; comfortable in her perfect imperfection.

Thank you!
I try to limit my postproduction to a minimum. I also prefer not to direct models too much, tell them to relax and have a bit of a "i don't give a f..." attitude smile

I'm very very picky. Are you sure you'd like to know my thoughts anyway? wink

Ok, sounds good.

I do like your choice in models, and you seem to be a pretty good technician in natural light (you know how to expose, focus, etc.). However there are a couple of exceptions:

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/46019978
Soft. Details in the blacks get lost.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/44834763
The exposure on her face is low for her skin tone. No neck.

The rest are pretty well executed. The surfaces are nice, which is important and many here get wrong.
I do have a problem with some of your backgrounds:
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/43192526 The car and the electric cables ruin a otherwise lovely picture.

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/43192529 The pole she's leaning her back on is not good for this kind of picture. Otherwise, it's quite lovely.

The devil is in the details.

I find the foreground grass a bit distracting here. I should be looking at the model's face, not at the grass.

I think you should reexamine the way you are composing. Pay more attention to foreground, middle-ground, and background. Keep them interesting.

Like I said above, your surfaces are very nice, and that saves your work; but it does suffer from being a little boring.

Get out of your comfort zone a bit, and try some different techniques. Invent, don't capture.

I hope this helps, and that you have a happy and productive 2020.

Thanks for your input!

I'm not sure what you mean by "nice surfaces"
The first picture you pointed out, is "blurred" on purpose, but I get what you mean.
Second one was underexposed to get that silhouette look.

But as I said in my original post, my recent work is on my Instagram, which I linked smile

Hi Mateusz,

By surfaces, I mean skin tones and textures in general.

I did look at your IG, but it's easier to quote an image from MM.

I think you have the tools to make your work more interesting.
