An extreme example  but...

So a model might be turned off seeing the equivalent of the ceiling of the Sistine chapel (which has full frontal nekkid dudes in it...) or refuse to work with Michelangelo in the creation process?

Their choice.  I get turned off by self righteous jerks, so I get it.

The line between fine art and pornography is a squishy one.  Official definitions like  “Intended to titillate” can also be applied to good product photography of ice cream.

Nudity != Pornography

If she is going to judge you on your shooting nudes, what else might she judge you on?  You might be dodging a bullet.  You never know.

Be yourself and show what you shoot, especially if it's what you most enjoy shooting.

Hiding stuff under the carpet is likely to be perceived as sketchy. It's also unfulfilling, since doing so will curtail the opportunities you would otherwise receive to shoot what you enjoy.

In my experience women, in general, are at least equally appreciative of well shot female nudes as men are, even if it's not something they'd choose to do themselves.

My experience is the same.

It may matter to some and many models that say no nudes are waiting for the right photographer and becoming more confident as a model and woman.

Your work stands for itself and good photography IMO would be more important than what the model is or isn't wearing

I've shot nudes for at least a dozen models for which NO nudes were ever discussed or expected and none of the pre-planning involved the mention of nudes.Then maybe halfway through the shoot the model will ask me If I would shoot some nudes for her. There are of course nudes in both my MM and IG so they know I shoot them.
Interestingly they often sound a little sheepish asking, like I may not be ok with it since it wasn't planned and they're kinda springing it on me!! These are usually 1st time shoots so they may be waiting to see if they're comfortable shooting with me or maybe seeing if we, "click".

If I were to start shooting only clothed I would remove all my nudes.
I WANT the nudes on my port. I WANT a model to know and see what I shoot. I really don't need somebody that can't separate the two.
I would say Ms Ortiz has some hangups but everybody has a right to their processes and opinions.

I wouldn't bother engaging a prudish model unless she was paying me or doing something super-awesome, like contortion.
