Be safe, be healthy, enjoy the time regardless of your circumstances.

This is, please, a zero politics thread.

My dog died July fourth.  He hated fireworks.  He would have spent the night in a corner of the basement.

Mine goes into the closet and burrows under clothes. and now he has a hang up about the noise garbage men and the truck make and he hides for that now also.  sorry about your dog!

Best wishes to ALL of you fine folks!

Circumstances will force most of us to be a bit inventive this year--- but I hope you can all find a safe way to make the holiday work for you and your loved ones.

LOL-- I am divorced and on my own--- and I am not wild about turkey, (and I am a -lazy- cook)---- so Instant pot  chili it is for me tomorrow--- (and a pint of Häagen-Dazs to splurge)

Tony- I suspect a lot of us will celebrate the holiday with our pets--- but how bad can than that be---furry unconditional love smile

Everybody be smart, be safe and PLEASE let's not make this Thanksgiving holiday a superspreader event. It's the last thing we need right now and a little sacrifice is good for the soul as well as our fellow human beings.

Happy Turkey Day everyone.  Given my annual family get together has turned into a zoom meeting, I opted for lobster with a very fine vintage Henriot Champagne.

My dear sister-in-law is from SF and lives close by, so naturally we celebrate Thanksgiving with her.
Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, please stay safe

Yes! Roasted chicken feet works for me. With canned cranberry sauce of course.
