Hello all,

I'm a fairly inexperienced amateur model and would love some constructive feedback on my work so far. Also welcoming advice on how to cut/style my hair in a [more] flattering way as well as makeup advice.

Thanks!

Best,

Feariel

With a great smile like yours, Goth is a terrible waste of your gift.

Look at you!

My few suggestions:
Invest in smaller glasses frames. Lenscrafters usually has deals on frame and lens packages.

Yes, having your hair shaped by a pro would be a good idea. Think, maybe, Michelle Dockery (Mary) in Downton Abbey.
Also shots of you where your face is hidden does you no good. Nobody knows it's you except you and the photographer.

Here, elboe should not nbe facing the camera. Your eyeglass frame is covering your eyes. We need to see your eyes! It would have been a great eye contact shot.:

You needed to take your glasses off here. They're covering your face.

Otherwise you pose very well.

All the best and have fun!

I enjoy some fun photoshop work as much as anyone, but your portfolio is too weighted down with it. Seek a balance between well-done concept art and shots where you alone are the image...as was said already, you have a great look, but it gets lost among everything else.

Your shots from 2015-16 were tight and focused, very well done. These are straightforward and showcased your look at that time. Many of the ones from this year are muddy from too much post-processing, and the photographer kept shooting down, skewing the perspective. The lighting isn't helping, and your clothing in these shots distract from you. The keys and belt should come off,  IMHO. Overall, aim for tighter focus and keep it simple.

I've got a critique thread, too, if you'd like to trade thoughts and get into more details. And if I were near you, we'd be setting up a shoot immediately!
