People I'm following on IG are pointing this out today.
IG has a "Limited Sensitive Content" filter setting on your account.
You can change it to "ALLOW".  The DEFAULT is "LIMIT".
From the three bars menu on your account page, go to Settings/Account/"Sensitive Content Control" and then select the ALLOW flag.

You might not be seeing IG content by creators you follow (ie: models) if IG decides it is Sensitive Content.
