I would think it would be reasonable for a real life couple who model together to be able to at least include that information on both of their profiles as well as showing photos of them together, and that seems to be within the rules.

Why don't you try contacting a moderator and ask for their advice whether what you want as far as setting up a specific profile as a modelling couple is even possible.

You can include both MM account links in a travel and availability notice.
You can include the other's MM account link in each profile.
You can include credits to each other's accounts in your images with both of you.

What you cannot do is to share accounts -- allowing the other to post for you, or you posting for them.

You appear alone in every image of your profile. Your profile text does not have a single mention of a partner.

You might start by updating there.
