People who have fun in front of the camera and can let some personality show. 
Environments that have lots of stuff, texture, tones or colours. 
Fantastic clothing. 
Themes and stories. 
Goofing off on a shoot. 
Interaction between model, environment and photographer.
Fashion, fantasy, cosplay, horror, dance, theatrical.
Sexy, cute, serious, playful.

What I don't like:
Canvas backdrops.
Photoshop. 
Plastic skin. 
Paper white eyes (unless it's a horror shoot).
