I'm tring to do a flip hairdo for a shoot--can anyone tell me how to do this? I've been experimenting with curlers and a curling iron and can't seem to get it right.

Flip Hairdo's are Kinda Tricky Depending on What type of Hairstyle is trying to be Acheived the Key is is the Hair pre-layered or all one Length. Flip Usually looks it best when the Hair is Pre-cut or Layered then the Curls fall right in Place. To Acheive Flips Steam Rollers are good which someone posted, just turn the Rollers The Opposite Way and you will get a Flip. Keep in mind though if the hair is not cut you may just want to Brush it all back and Flip just the Ends this will Come Out looking more Mod Like Twiggy Day's.. However if the Hair is Cut Already I would use a Flat iron or Curling Iron and Turn the Iron the Opposite Way. it's also good To use Texturing Style Cream Like Manipulatr by Bed Head or Redken Wax or Their Paste Rewind this will give a More Flip and Stay you could Also Use Bedhead Mastermind.. I hope this Helps ... Good Luck.
