Hair extensions?
Hi everyone, I was wondering if I shaved my head, how long does my hair have to be before I can get hair extensions? I am suppose to shave my head for a job, but I don't want to have short hair forever! I would wait until it's about 5 inches before considering extensions. Wigs are easier to deal with. If you've never shaved your head or if you have never had it cut that close to your scalp get ready for it to come it like a big puff  You'll look sort of like a dandelion for a bit.Nov 14 06 12:20 am Link you're SO adventurous! So if you shave your head Bold you are looking at around 8 months of regrowth before you can do that. Nov 14 06 09:53 pm Link I don't know that much about hair extensions, but I was told by a salon that they would not offer me extensions because my hair was not the correct type. They were afraid that the extensions would snap my hair off, and end up looking horrible. Check with someone who does it first to see if it would work for you.
