SHOULD. But how many people on this site are doing what they SHOULD be doing?
This site has 75,000 five foot fashion models.
It has 100,000 photographers that shoot "MAXIM Style" photos with a bed sheet tacked to a wall and on camera flash.
Nay my friend. This is NOT the place to look for people doing what they SHOULD do.

And you dont need to be a great basketball player in order to be a great coach. This site is generally I slap each other on the back kinda site, right? Its not like www.photosig.com where people are supposed to critque shots and make that kind of comment (cliche), But that site I find has many more hacks (photographers only) % than does MM

Nay my friend. This is NOT the place to look for people doing what they SHOULD do. I don't use bed sheets tacked to the wall and have studio lights, but I am not too far from the 100,000. Any suggestions on sites to check?
