First... I want to say your portfolio is amazing, you use the right photographers, you have diversity in your portfolio, and you seem to be goal oriented in not filling your profile with less then stellar images -

my personal favorite

https://modelmayhm-6.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080323/04/47e60ed5dfe4f_m.jpg

showing what a simple portrait can do - soft expression, soft pose... very simple, yet very elegant.

this is like woody allen,  only amazing

it doesnt take much to enhance your looks...

keep up the great work

well you are off to an amazing start, but dont just take the compliments... take the negative ones too, the good ones will feed your ego, the bad ones will feed your creativity!

Well I'm pretty new...so I haven't actually shot that many models yet, trying to build up as I go! Planning to do plenty more shoots this year.

i know what you mean, it kinda snowballs when people see your work, and if you have  apositive attitude, it shouldnt be a problem, especially with your portfolio

those 2 and your avatar, keep... everything else is inconsequential - girls half naked with electrical tape on their nips covered in paint does nothing, says nothing, means nothing....

i see you are into natural light... Try using less harsh times of the day or off camera flash.... look at www.strobist.com  you need to see the light like you did in your avatar. the photographe rone is interesting cuz of the subject matter not so much the technique... the girl with the bush amdist the field and the tree is your strongest composition, if it were me, i would build a series around images of that nature...

I tried doing yours, but got motion sickness from not wearing my 3d glasses looking at that pic... just kidding... you have so many strong images... this one isnt as good as the one next to it, compositionally speaking... and the rope ones, around you, well i just dont get it... maybe i dont see it as " art " but im not into the fetish stuff, as well as if yer going for the art angle, what its trying to convey... you have a more editorial, avant garde classic look, that it doesnt fit with your caliber of work you have produced in other images... other then that I like a lot of em

this might be good for facebook, or myspace or whatever but on camera flash, it says nothing other then why am i on the phoen with a pen in my mouth in a hotel room, while the photographer doesnt have enough sense to make the light look remotely interesting

https://modelmayhm-6.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071219/02/4768c47f64d13_m.jpg

Just like putting feathers up your butt , does not make you a chicken - having  ashot of you with Variety magazine + paint bucket + one of the members of insane clown posses's pajamas make it edgey art... its jsut not working, I can understand its a cool bathroom, but ever since the ad with jenny garth on the crapper for candies everyone is mimicing the shot... i just dont see with your beauty how this is remotely interesting...

and if this is your " sexy face " as you put it... I'd go with justin and bring sexy back

https://modelmayhm-6.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080402/23/47f450d593b49_m.jpg

the heel through the thong thing ( in this case whatever naughty santa outfit that is ) has been done ad nauseum and you are capable of so much more.... i saw your portfolio, you have some really good ones... id lose the ones i went over and try out some different photogs

this one

Its bland, you have 7 images of people looking down... an inordinary amount if you ask me, is it cuz they are afraid to connect with the camera? the other ones have more life to them, your lighting and such seems to be fine, you just need to connect more with the subjects.... the gunsmoke looking one is the most animated and will get the most attention of the viewer... maybe try more stuff along those lines?

I am sure it won't be hard for you to get a lot of TF work with photogs in your area... look at  alot of bridal magazines ( aka the knot ) and such if you are serious about wanting to learn, or maybe even bazaar... look at hand placement, hips, lips and such... i look at all that... cpend an hour at borders, rifle through the mags and see what works and what doesnt... im sure it wont be hard for you to have some more kick ass images, yer already on your way!

haha... a model friend and i were checking out yer stuff the other day , she was like " i like his stuff, i wanna do stuff like that "

but alas you are you and i am me...

normally i am not  afan of the name being on the image, i feel it detracts from it, and want to see the image stand on its own... but the way you do it, incorporating the font and design with the image, it just works....

all your stuff is amazing... i'd like to borrow your eyes for  a few shots!

I love your portfolio, my only thing is, the eye make up... I like all the ones from this series, yet I think the eye make up doesnt fit the image... if you went for like just the black eyeliner, it would work sooooo much better, you have too much natural beauty to have it hidden under smears on the sides...

excellent portfolio by the way/// you have a cate blanchett way about ya
