Are you going off some kind of list?

Wrinkled sheet backdrop, checked.
Sword, checked.
Guitar, checked.
Mime mask, checked.

Angel wings, pending.

Trust me. You don't need them.

You really pwned me. I dream of a day when I can combine 4 elements as beautifully as you have here. Wrinkled sheets, knife, plastic bouquet, and top it off with selective desaturate. It's genius.

I'll just go back too shooting agency models in couture gowns until I reach your level.

That is strange that he would shoot mostly runway considering that he is a fashion photographer and that's where the true new fashions are borne into the world at!!!

you can make angel wings from toilet paper, that way you can at least wipe your ass when you are done.

sorry, i guess that wasn't very constructive. ummm, if you live in any sort of metropolitan area i'm sure you can rent or buy them from any costume shop. also try doing a google search but add this to the search "  -lame" to omit hits where people talk about how lame shots with angel wings are.

happy regurgitation!

Actually, why don't we just get rid of the model and just do this:

Re-edited for MAXIMUM ARTISTRY.

Angel wings are overused & cliche. Sexy they may be, most times they are used the photograph is just horrid, & butchers the entire concept of it.

Melissa is polite enough to explain why the rest of us are just mocking.

Smells like a 'flame' war around here.  Methinks most folks would rather piss on others instead of staying OT.

I have to agree.  There are plenty of other threads around to jump on someone who deserves it.  He just asked a question and was pretty much called a cliche' hack.

Can everybody on here say they never did anything other people considered cliche'?

Answer his question or wait for him to go into the critique forum before you spew your opinion on what to or what not to shoot.

Don't bother, just sit back and look at the completely original work from everyone jumping on the bandwagon.
