I'M LOOKING FOR a TEAM LEADER.  I NEED a break~!! Can YOU drive THESE 6 threads>>? ...and help with the other 5? I'm looking for a TEAM LEADER. Paying commercial clients are crowding my door, work is piling up...and I need a break from all of this.. for a while. Are you someone highly dedicated to the wellbeing of these forum threads and motivated by all the good that's going on in the MM community as a result of them? Are you someone who can motivate people and delegate volunteer work? Do you have a cool head, even-tempered, non-confrontational, able to see the inherent good in all, hearing and seeing both sides of each story as it presents? Do you have a good working relationship with the mods and powers that be? Are you willing and able to work off and on all day, sometimes late in to the night or early morning? Can you FOCUS and give full attention to the situation at hand? Would you like to do this thing I do, with the help of "Team Mayhem" volunteers and others in the MM community? If you answered YES to all the above...or you know someone who could...PLEASE pm me or leave comment here. I will be happy to include you and your talents on the volunteer team at Team Mayhem so please visit us there and tell us where you feel you could be of assistance. I want all to know that I am not leaving MM but just stepping back. The Team Mayhem work and the 6 ongoing threads I OP are just a little too much for me right now and I need to focus more of me on my work with my commercial clients. For now, keep those cards and letters coming and hopefully we'll soon find the one who is a good fit. Oct 29 08 12:07 pm Link ANNOUNCEMENT OK, here's the deal. After talking with friends and peers I've decided to take a different approach. I am going to need 5 Team Mayhem members to become team leaders and to take over the following 5 threads listed below. Each team leader will be responsible to delegate the volunteer work in his/her thread. All team leaders will update me daily on your thread, including any issues we may need to address and resolve together. You may volunteer for team leader on any one of the following threads by sending me a pm. If you're interested in more than one of these threads I need to know that too, however you will only get one. Click on each banner to link to it's thread Threads are listed with the volunteers currently supporting these threads.

I thought this old thread had been locked but looks like someone found it and brought it back. I've been thinking about eventually restarting Team Mayhem, when I can find more time.
