This weekend I had three models traveling through stay at my house.  A big reason why many models do not travel outside of a certain area is accommodations.  I figured it may be a good idea to try to start a network of people willing to let a traveling models stay with them.  This thread is for people willing to host traveling models.  Please where you are located and I will create a database on this thread.

Would have the spare bedroom, separate bathroom.

I can cook.

Yes It would have to be someone that I would want to shoot with.

No expectations. Just enjoy your stay and hope you get in the shoots that you want

Large home, 2 guest rooms, each with bathroom.  Shooting space in the house, available to the models for photography.  Use of lights, backdrops, props ...

References available.

Photographer near San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose.  Minutes from great outdoor locations to shoot.

sad(

I used to host random models, but then a model who was traveling with her boyfriend/escort stole my ipod and portable hard drive.  Now I have to make sure that I only take models who come referred to me by my friends or couchsurfers.

Cool thread, it would be great to find out if the people who responded thus far are also willing to host other artists in addition to models. I would love to travel more often, but finding a decent priced place to stay is one of the many reasons I cut down on traveling.

it's not just that you get to avoid the hotels... it's being able to experience the place you're visiting and seeing it from a locals view!  eating in the non trendy places!  meeting good people along the way who just wanna have fun or are sincerely nice and not just smiling at you because they're expecting a big tip at the end of the meal!
