I'm in Costa Mesa less than one mile from John Wayne airport (Code is SNA). I'm right off the 405 near the 55 freeways in Orange county. that's about 35 minutes south of downtown LA as long as you avoid heavy traffic times. LAX is about 25 minutes away.

I have a spare bedroom in my house. A supportive wife and PLENTY of references form people who have stayed with me in the past. here are a few;

I'm in Anaheim - two blocks from Disneyland in Orange County - Southern California. 

A number of out of state and foreign models have stayed at my four bedroom house over the past few years (I have a furnished spare room with a view of the swimming pool).  More models are welcome!

I don't mind hosting. I live in a town called Stem, which is about 20 mins from DUrham, North Carolina and about 35mins from Raleigh, NC and all surroudning areas.  Please let me know if anyone needs a place to stay.

I have a spare room and bathroom on the opposite side of the house.  I do smoke in my home so that wont be an issue and no pets.

I'm in a condo on an island in Miami Beach.  I have two big couches open...

Other notes:

Ideally, I am interested in finding out from the photographers which models have stayed at their home and talking with those models. If there were none as of yet, that is fine too. Either way, I think it is good measure to ask people that the photographer may not have used as a personal reference, models they have photographed in their portfolios (ideally, if there are any recognizable traveling models because these models might have stayed at the photographer's place.)


I know it is time consuming to check references. I do not expect volunteers to devout hours and hours to it and I am thankful for whatever time you can volunteer. I know many people what limits on the amount of messages they can send a day, so if if you find yourself running low, by all means stop working on this and take care of your own personal correspondence. I don't want anyone using up all their messages on this project.

I posted in the linked as well, and I think Anna has it covered here... but as long as said model is cool we are always open to futon crashers.

I believe I have posted before, have and will host models or photographers traveling through. I am in Chattanooga, TN. Guest have a private bedroom and bath. I also have WiFi if needed.

I can host models/photographers for Cleveland Ohio.... Located in East Cleveland Heights, 5 miles from downtown, near 90 and 270.  We have a decent sized apartment, very clean and cushy.  No extra bedrooms, so you and whomever you might be traveling with.... would be sleeping on a couch or a blow-up bed in our living room - We have one very wellbehaved dog named Jake.  No Smoking.  Maybe pets if you are traveling with a dog or something.....

I am in Mobile, AL which is an hour away from the coast of Mississippi and also an hour away from Pensacola, FL. I am more than willing to host traveling models, photographers, make-up artists, wardrobe stylists, etc. I have a spare bedroom that has 2 beds in it. I have no inside pets (1 outside cat). Feel free to stay at my home! Also, you can pick up wireless internet at my house.

I would be more than willing to host any models traveling to Minnesota. I live in the SW metro area of Minneapolis (about 20-30 min to either Minneapolis or St. Paul depending on traffic and area) and I have a spare bedroom with a futon. I live with my boyfriend and we have a small dog (Boston Terrier) who has fairly bad gas.

I have a nice guest room with private bathroom, and various models/MUAs etc. have stayed over, some multiple times. Those who stayed are marked with a * on my credits list.

About 1 hour 15 from London, half an hour from Bath, 45 mins from Bristol.

i've stayed in Hostels while traveling.    that's always fun.   rather than feel underfoot at some else's place or go through the anxiety of staying with some unknown guy with unknown intentions.

hostels are generally fun and filled with other world travelers around my age group.  always some kind of activity going on there.  interesting people.

good option.

but yea... i did just join the couchsurfing website as well.  haven't done it yet... but we'll see how it goes.
