I have and will host folks traveling. I am in Chattanooga TN which is a convenient place if you are coming on I-75 (Michigan to Florida) or are heading to Alabama from let's say New York or from Atlanta to Nashville.

I have a private guest bedroom and bath on the opposite side of the house from me, wireless internet.

We're in Riverside with lots of room. We've hosted a number of models and photographers. Visitors have to get their photo taken with our cat for his blog though. It's only fair.

I keep a list on my profile of "People who will say I'm not a weirdo." Which is impressive given that I am. big_smile

I've had quite a few models crash on my couch in the past. smile
Now, I have a guest room on the first floor of my home.

I'm in Huntington Beach, CA.
2 Miles off the 405 fwy and 5 miles from the beach.
It takes me an hour to get to LAX in morning traffic and 45 minutes to get downtown.

I'm open to traveling models, but I *will* check references! wink
Weekends only, please. (Friday night - Sunday night)

Just an update, we are still working through the list of those who want to host.  Each applicant is being reference checked by the team of volunteers.  We'll keep you posted, just keep posting as to who is willing to host.

I have provided overnight hosting for a few models before or after shoots, namely Katy_T (MM11311), Sienna Aldridge (MM17128), and Kerri Taylor (MM982). You can check them for references. We have a guest bedroom with a double bed and a guest bathroom and are located at the eastern end of Winter Springs,Florida, just off 417. If more than a double bed is required and sleeping privacy is not a big issue, we have a sleeper couch in the family room.

I have a small house that's open to visitors.

I'm in Lodi, WI.  A small town with no cabs, no bus lines, and no subway (unless you count the fast-food restaurant outside of town).

However, I'm half an hour from Madison, an hour and a half from Milwaukee, less than 3 hours from Chicago and Green Bay.  5 minutes off of I-90/94/39.

I have a spare bedroom and an additional futon in the TV room.   Cats included at no extra charge. smile

I'm in Buffalo NY and know Aubrey well...  It's a great idea dear.

I'm fairly new to MM but we've hosted several world famous Tango instructors and dancers in my home over the past few years.   So I'd be equally as happy to host future world famous models.    I'll take their word that they will be.

We're located litterally within walking distance of the junction of 33, 90 and 290 in the Buffalo suburb of Cheektowaga.    We are also just 2 or 3 minutes from the Buffalo Airport.  And we'd be happy to taxi when our times work out...

We have a single 'guest room' in a finished basement.   And a twin bed upstairs that is normally a big open space to put things on in my 'computer room'.   I'll clean off the bed and just bite my lip while the room is occupied.  Sharing in my wife's food preparations would be included.

We'd for sure ask for a short shoot, right here at the home...  But easily skipped if the model was pressed.

Cincinnati, OH - 17 miles north of downtown, about 10 min from I-75.

I have the REX room available for those who may need it ( a spare bedroom that was for my old roommate Rex lived in ).

Not great, but a comfy bed, private bath and wireless internet.  Cheap pizza nearby.  I also have a couch and another empty bedroom if that suits your tastes.
I'm safe, honest, legit & have had a few models stay with me in the past.  I'm harmless.  My wife is out of the country, so it's just me in the house.

Can trade accomidations & food  for a TFCD shoot.

PM me for details & references.

Zip: (22601/22602)

I've also been picking up traveling artists who fly to Washington Dulles Intl Airport. I will continue that service as well.

ps. I've started a similar thread in the past, but the thread didn't stick. I'm glad a new one is being kept alive.

My husband and I would be able to host travelling models/photographers/artists here in Montreal, Quebec. Canada. Starting in March.

We have a small spare room with a double sofabed and tv.

Must not mind a dog.

We are located close to downtown Montreal. (30 minute walk or 2 metro stops)

Maybe we should consolidate it all here for convenience. Also, the OP of the other thread hasn't established a list, has no security measures in place, the thread is in Off-Topic Discussion, and it's buried in the back pages as no one has posted there since Sunday. Soooooo.... wink

So, if this modification is made, the name of the list should be modified to "Accommodations for Members on Tour".

Unfortunately, I don't have room, but was recently put up overnight after ther shoot, by a model & her husband in a different city.

We have successfully assembled a team of screeners including a security analyst and a private detective to assist us in checking backgrounds on potential hosts. We appreciate your patience as we're doing all we can to insure every 4th LIST participant's safety.

This does not mean that you should not continue to take every personal precaution including reference checks.

We should have additional 4th LIST updates for you on Monday.

A couple of times when I was traveling, models have let me stay with them. I'm more than happy to return the favor.

OMG THIS IS AWESOME.

Check out my road trip map on my portfolio -if you want to "host" me in the locations listed: Let me know!

I also host people, however we're in the middle of moving, and travelling for a few months, so don't add me yet!

I am doing NY right now and I haven't gotten to you yet.  As Steve said, sometimes the problem isn't the references, but the fact that it takes forever for the models to get back to the reference-checker.

Serious models welcome in Lexington, KY, if my wife and I don't have anything planned that night.  Total safety and respect guaranteed.  Private guest room, full bath, and loft studio upstairs.  Photographer, assistant, and 2 mini schnauzers downstairs...  Trade shoot optional.

I can host at the studio; mostly thinking of hosting traveling models, but open to other possible arrangements.  Okemos (basically Lansing) Michigan.  Couch / air mattress, lots of space, wireless and a commercial (read no shower, but it's not far from the Y) bathroom.  For those who care, the studio is not at my house.

So far, no hosting references, but plenty of general purpose model references.

Oh, great idea!

I'm in Kansas City, Missouri - can host up to five people at a time, if you don't mind couches, air mattresses, and futons. I'll even cook for you (my enchiladas and spaghetti are epic). Need as much notice as possible, if possible, but you don't have to pay to stay here, and me and my husband don't have any kids.

Oh! Please note that I DO have cats - if you are allergic, then this is NOT the place to bunk down.

Actually, is there anyone in KC without a cat?? lol

Because notifications are a thing of the past here, and some times people are looking on short notice, here are alternate means of contacting me:
