Crowville, La. Just south of Delhi La. 80 miles west of Jackson, Ms. and 250 miles east of Dallas
Being only 20 miles south of Interstate 20, runs from Ga. to El Paso and southern east west model can stay here. I have had one model spend the weekend and you can check with her and any of the models I have worked with. Casey Stroud MM#1066484. I am easy to find. I work at my nephews motorcycle shop within site of the interstate

I live just outside of Portland OR.  I host models and occasionally photographers.  I offer a spare room and/or a roll out bed...

has anyone hurt of couchsurfing.com?  I guess its another possible option, but i did hear of one model who was evicted from her visiting couch when she refused to get her groove on with the host (who was NOT a photographer).

I am willing, and in Boston. Not "near" Boston, but in Boston. Tommy Menino is my mayor. I live 2 blocks from the commuter rail and about 8 blocks from the orange line.

I also have a spare bedroom. I have pets, so steer clear if you have dog or cat allergies.

ya, just joined Couchsurfing.com though i have yet to try it out.   think i'll be testing it out this next U.S. trip when i head to Miami.

i've been trying to keep it just to the girls, though.   so, should be a safe bet.

My wife (former model Shayden) and I would host traveling models here in Delaware. We live on the eastern shore so are very close to the Maryland and Delaware Beaches, including Ocean City, MD, Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany Beaches of Delaware

As of May 3, 2009, I am still a willing member of the 4th List, but my location has changed:

Manhattan, in a great area of the Upper West Side, literally right across the street from Central Park.  A surprisingly comfy pull-out couch and a great airbed, both queen-size, are available in case two or more models are traveling together.  Extremely close to B/C subway lines, easily accessible also to A/D/1/2/3 lines.

Must like cats.  smile

My place is a small apartment.  I have a hide-a-bed couch.  You are more than welcome to use that if you are passing through or staying in the area.

Please, just give me a heads up if you are interested ( at least a week would be nice).

I'd be willing to host models. I'm located in Front Royal, VA and my photography studio is also located in my home, so we can work in a shoot as well if time permits or if our styles meet each other's needs. My location is in a beautiful town and close to some tourist attractions (like Luray Caverns).

I'm within driving distance to several areas of VA, WV, MD, DC and even PA.
Here's a short list:
- 30 minutes to Winchester, VA
- 30 minutes to Manassas, VA
- 50 minutes to Reston, VA
- 90 minutes to Washington, DC
- 2 hours to Baltimore
- 1 hour to Charlestown, WV
- 90 minutes to Carlisle, PA
- 3.5 hours to Virgina Beach area
- 3.5 hours to Philadelphia, PA

If you choose to stay with me you can stay in the photography studio (which has a bedroom photo set!), or you can stay in our guest room. We do have dogs, a cat, guinea pigs and a ferret... so you can't have allergies or this place will be hell! No smoking in the house.
I'm a female in her mid-twenties, married and currently have one child (who is 4). Eat our food or order take-out, it's your choice.

Charlottesville, VA. (An hour west of Richmond). It's only a studio condo, so privacy is limited, but the air mattress is comfy.

This list is on indefinite hiatus

On 3/24 I received an r-cam from a moderator about and I have been waiting to hear back on what changes, if any, were expected of me as a "list person".  That being said, there doesn't seem that there are any drastic changes they expect from me.

Recently, I have faced some issues regarding the investigation process and how to handle bad reports.  I am a bit torn. As a traveling model I generally don't take risks with people for whom I've received a negative report. Yet if it all rumors and drama, it isn't fair to the host.  It is never my intention to get involved with any scene drama and yet it seems I have been pulled into the issues in a local community.  This may be another example of some people using a good resource to push their own personal politics.  But I don't know this for sure.  The unfortunate result is I have gotten stuck in the middle.

Quite frankly, when I started this resource (before it became an official list) I assumed that the models would do their own reference-checking. When it became official, one of the conditions was that a team would check references.  I never wanted to be the person in charge of "quality control" for everyone for this reason.

I'm talking with Craig about possible changes in how we handle adding people to this list and what the process should be for bad reports.

Until then, I have requested a temporarily lock on this thread.

Best,

Aubrey

Quoted for those who didn't read the first page hmm

My wife, and I live in the Houghton Lake Area which is part of Mid-Michigan, and are between Traverse City, Mackinaw, Bay City, Midland, cadillac, Grayling, and Gaylord.

our home is pretty simple, and spartan, but it's open to MMer's who might need something in an emergency.
